Summary:
In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role also entails translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into solution design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing business processes within technology platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with solution architecture principles and business transformation methodologies.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to problem-solving.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
