- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within complex business environments.
- Ability to manage financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative problem-solving.
