The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering seamless integration and robust system functionality across various environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies relevant to ITOM.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and reliability.
