Recruiter
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and hire suitable candidates. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. - Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate candidate selection. - Maintain recruitment databases and ensure timely communication with candidates. - Support onboarding processes and maintain candidate experience. - Work closely with HR and other departments to fulfill staffing needs. - Adapt to dynamic hiring requirements and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle.Job role
