Key Responsibilities:
SAP IBP Support:
• Provide L1/L2 support for SAP IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization.
• Troubleshoot planning area issues, key figure inconsistencies, and data load errors.
• Manage planning calendars, application jobs, and alerts.
• Support end users with forecast planning activities, simulations, and scenarios.
• Maintain master data integrity and configuration settings in IBP.
• Collaborate with solutioning team for enhancements and system testing.

CI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) Support:
• Monitor and manage data integrations between SAP IBP and source/target systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, third-party).
• Troubleshoot and resolve failed jobs, mappings, and data flow interruptions.
• Create and maintain CI-DS tasks, data stores, and query templates as needed.
• Coordinate with BASIS and middleware teams on performance and security issues.
• Support interface changes, system upgrades, and deployment activities.

Incident & Change Management:
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Participate in regular system maintenance and deployment cycles (e.g., regression testing, transports, release management).

Documentation & Collaboration:
• Maintain accurate support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Train and assist business users on IBP functionality and integration processes.
• Work closely with global IT, data management, and supply chain planning teams.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP support.
• Experience with SAP CPI-DS or HCI-DS (integration modeling and job scheduling).
• Understanding of supply chain planning processes and master data (product, location, customer, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform data validation, and coordinate across teams.

Preferred:
• SAP IBP or CPI-DS certification.
