- Responsible for managing a team focused on collections and recovery activities within a banking environment. - Oversee recovery processes related to CV (Commercial Vehicle), CE (Construction Equipment), and SA (Self-Assessment) loan portfolios. - Coordinate with support and recovery teams to ensure timely and effective debt collection. - Manage operations at the Jalna branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. - Lead and motivate the collections team to achieve recovery targets and maintain portfolio quality. - Monitor and report on recovery performance and escalate issues as needed. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline recovery workflows and improve customer engagement. - Ensure adherence to ethical collection practices and maintain customer relationship standards.Job role
