Job Title: AI Developer Designation: Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating new AI agents, utilizing the Azure Bot Framework, and working with OEM-provided agents. This role requires proficiency in .NET applications, the ability to vibe code and build applications collaboratively, and experience with multiple large language models (LLMs). The candidate will be responsible for analyzing agent outputs, monitoring performance, and implementing improvements to create transactional AI agents and facilitate application-to-application (A2A) communications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents using the Azure Bot Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OEM-provided agents into existing systems.
• Utilize .NET technologies to build and enhance applications.
• Vibe code and work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality software development.
• Work with multiple LLMs to enhance the capabilities of AI agents.
• Analyze agent outputs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Monitor the performance of AI agents and implement necessary enhancements.
• Create transactional AI agents that facilitate seamless A2A communications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in AI and machine learning implementation.
• Strong proficiency in the Azure Bot Framework.
• Expertise in .NET application development.
• Ability to work with multiple large language models (LLMs).
• Experience in analyzing and improving agent outputs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of transactional systems and A2A communication protocols.
• Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects and contributions to AI development is highly desirable.
