Consultant
KPMG is currently seeking a Mobile Application Support Analyst to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization in KGS.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated application incidents and service requests.
- Perform issue investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate issue resolution with product, engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Monitor application health and support service levels.
- Track deployment checklists, operational readiness activities.
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Track support trends and recommend operational improvements.
Required Experience
- 1-3 years application support experience
- Incident management and problem management experience
- Familiarity with SaaS applications
- Ability to clearly communicate root cause and issue resolution
- Experience working with ticketing platforms and support SLAs
Preferred Experience
- Experience serving as a Level 2 support resource with ownership of incident triage, issue resolution, escalation management, and root cause analysis in a production environment.
- Experience supporting Cornerstone On Demand or similar learning management systems (LMS); CPE certification; content management platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting user identity, authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) issues.
- Experience supporting API-based integrations and data synchronization processes.
- Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile applications
Educational qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
