The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations’ performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• The Opportunity: This is a unique opportunity to join the India Consulting practice and work directly with the Global Client Services Leadership to shape and execute the FY27 global growth agenda. Your Responsibilities: Strategic Deal Visibility & Executive Intervention Enablement
• Drive visibility of strategic pursuits requiring executive sponsorship and leadership engagement
• Enable data-driven intervention through pursuit insights, governance, and action tracking Executive Reporting & Strategic Insights
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards, performance reports, and leadership presentations
• Support strategic reviews and decision-making through timely reporting and analysis
• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights AI, Automation & Innovation
• Adopt AI-enabled ways of working to enhance productivity and decision-making
• AI-powered reporting, dashboards, and business insights Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Support global stakeholders in advancing strategic growth priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and business outcomes

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

• Master of Business Administration
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Experience

• Business Analysis (3+ years)
• Financial Analysis (3+ years)
• Data Analysis (2+ years)
• Project Management (6+ years)
