Job Description – Premier Acquisition Manager (M2 Grade)
Role Summary
The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing affluent and high-net-worth customers, driving liability and investment product sales, deepening client relationships, and achieving business targets while ensuring superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquire Premier Banking customers through sourcing and market activities.
• Drive CASA, investment, insurance and wealth product sales.
• Manage customer portfolio and enhance relationship value.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure customer onboarding and KYC compliance.
• Deliver superior customer experience and retention.
• Coordinate with branch and product teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility & Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
• 2-6 years of banking sales/relationship management experience.
• Experience in Premier, Priority, Wealth or Retail Banking preferred.
• Strong communication, acquisition and relationship-building skills.
Competencies
