Role Overview:

Lakshya Digital, a Keywords Studio is looking for experienced Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer who will collaborate with other team members in production and marketing to create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns to increase our user base. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images, products and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for various platforms to enhance our accompanying text.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Motion Graphics.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
• Experience with both social media & Print Media.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a good web design/graphic design/ advertising organization.
• Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field

• Ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
• Able to manage changing priorities at short notice

Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for digital and print.

• Help with the monthly creation of in-house newsletter

• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Develop voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
• QA design for errors
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
• Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
