Relationship Manager - MF

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new microfinance customers in the assigned territory.
• Conduct village surveys and customer mapping to generate business opportunities.
• Promote microfinance products and services to eligible customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community groups.
• Conduct customer meetings and educate borrowers about products, repayment schedules, and company policies.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.

Credit Assessment

• Verify customer information and assess repayment capacity.
• Conduct field investigations and residence/business visits.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to credit policies.

Loan Disbursement & Portfolio Management

• Coordinate loan processing and disbursement activities.
• Monitor customer accounts and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and customer data management.

Collections & Recovery

• Track repayment schedules and ensure timely collections.
• Follow up with overdue customers and minimize delinquency.
• Implement recovery strategies for outstanding accounts.
• Maintain portfolio quality within prescribed norms.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Report fraudulent activities, irregularities, or potential risks.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.
