We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Consultant with 6–8 years of expertise in delivering enterprise analytics, reporting, and planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Modeling, and Embedded Analytics. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement analytics and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics technologies.
- Develop interactive dashboards, stories, and KPI reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Build and maintain data models, planning models, and forecasting solutions.
- Design and optimize SAP BW/4HANA data flows, transformations, InfoProviders, and queries.
- Develop SAP HANA Calculation Views and analytical models.
- Implement data integration and virtualization using SAP Datasphere.
- Create and enhance Embedded Analytics solutions using CDS Views and analytical queries.
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting, planning, and analytics requirements.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization of reports and dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analysis initiatives.
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources to deliver unified analytics solutions.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, test cases, and user training materials.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in SAP Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Warehousing.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- SAP BW/4HANA
- SAP Datasphere
- SAP HANA Modeling
- Embedded Analytics
- Experience creating SAC Stories, Applications, Planning Models, and Data Actions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BW data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting.
- Expertise in HANA Calculation Views, SQL, and performance optimization.
- Experience with CDS Views and SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics.
- Knowledge of data integration and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAC Planning and Predictive Analytics.
- SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW/4HANA Certification.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Exposure to SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Data Intelligence.
- Knowledge of Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
- Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR reporting processes.
- Experience in cloud-based analytics environments.
