Relationship Manager - MF
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify prospective investors, pitch suitable mutual fund products, and meet monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Portfolio Advisory: Assess client risk profiles and financial goals to recommend appropriate equity, debt, or hybrid mutual fund schemes.
- Onboarding & Servicing: Handle client onboarding, KYC documentation, transaction processing, and query resolutions regarding SIPs or redemptions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact via calls, meetings, and virtual updates to re-engage inactive clients and secure referrals.
- Channel Management: For institutional roles, train and support distribution partners like MFDs or regional brokers to push fund sales.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales and advisory processes strictly adhere to AMFI and SEBI regulatory guidelines.
