Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, ensuring the stability and reliability of systems, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools and platforms to maintain seamless integration and optimal performance, while collaborating with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support ongoing maintenance and audits.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools to streamline application modifications.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability during updates.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
