Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking an Elite Banker to join our Business Banking team. This role focuses on outbound branch banking and relationship management, offering a unique opportunity to build strong client relationships.
As an Elite Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business clients. - Develop and execute outbound strategies to target potential business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service.
- Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities.
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your network.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business banking or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially in business banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with banking software.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and client engagement.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
