Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.
Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role requires managing continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The engineer actively monitors and tests these pipelines to maintain system integrity and security. Collaboration with various teams to optimize infrastructure and troubleshoot issues is a key part of daily activities, contributing to the overall stability and performance of the development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure reliability and security.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members in understanding and adopting best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
