ABOUT THE ROLE:
Role Description:

This Role specializing in creating Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP Ariba are in high demand, particularly within procurement. These positions focus on managing the procure-to-pay (P2P) process, vendor onboarding, and ensuring accuracy in spending. This role requires basic financial knowledge of Capital, Expense, and Deferred Expense. Need to be able to interpret Statements of Work to derive WBS alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. PO Creation & Management: 

-Creating, issuing, and managing R&D or project-related Purchase Orders (POs) within SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.

2. Supplier Relationship Management:                                    

-Facilitating new vendor inclusion, resolving PO exceptions (specs, shipment issues), and updating payment terms per the scope of work.

3.Ariba Invoice Processing

4.SAP data input from Invoices

 

Qualifications

Require 2-6 years in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination roles.

Preferred Qualifications:                          

-Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing (if relevant).

-Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Downstream Buying and Invoicing) and SAP ERP systems.

-Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain logistics.
