Project Role Description : Design and optimize chemical, thermal, and/or mechanical industrial processes from concept through commissioning, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Specify equipment, conduct risk assessments, and resolve process issues, while scaling and improving manufacturing workflows, tools, and quality standards to enable reliable, cost-effective production aligned with project objectives.

Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, a typical day involves designing and refining industrial processes that integrate chemical, thermal, and mechanical elements from initial concept to full commissioning. The role requires ensuring that operations are conducted safely and efficiently while adhering to compliance standards. Daily activities include specifying appropriate equipment, performing thorough risk assessments, and addressing any process-related challenges. Additionally, the engineer works on scaling manufacturing workflows, enhancing tools, and elevating quality standards to support consistent, cost-effective production that meets the goals of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze process performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout all stages of process development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Firewall Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of industrial process design principles including chemical, thermal, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to specify and evaluate equipment requirements to support manufacturing processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex process issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with scaling manufacturing workflows and improving quality control measures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Firewall Architecture.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
