Team Lead - Group Vigilance
- Lead and conduct complex, high‑impact investigations into alleged fraud, misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring independence, objectivity, and adherence to due process
- •Oversee the end-to-end whistleblower program, including intake, triaging, investigation, and resolution while maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- •Prepare detailed investigation reports, present findings to senior leadership and governance forums, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- •Drive cross-functional collaboration with Legal, HR, Finance, Compliance, and senior management to ensure effective closure and implementation of investigation outcomes
- •Strengthen the organization's fraud risk management and integrity framework by designing preventive controls and monitoring mechanisms
- •Identify emerging risks related to financial crime, fraud, and misconduct, and recommend mitigation strategies
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal codes of conduct
- •Lead awareness initiatives, trainings, and communication programs to promote an ethics-driven culture across the organization
- •Provide periodic reporting and insights to leadership, audit committees, and governance bodies
- •Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance and integrity-led team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- •8–15+ years of relevant experience in fraud risk management, forensic investigations, ethics & compliance, or internal audit
- •Professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CA, CIA, or certifications in Risk, Compliance, or Ethics & Governance preferred
- •Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance practices, forensic investigation techniques, and internal control systems
- •Proven experience in handling sensitive investigations and stakeholder management at senior levels
- •Exposure to whistleblower frameworks, financial crime prevention, and compliance programs
- •Ongoing training or certifications in investigations, compliance, or risk management will be an added advantage
