Job Description

Job Title: Global marketing manager CS & IB IGT MOS

 

Your role:

·       Leads global CS & install base Marketing activities

·       Build and manage Service Marketing Communication across all customer touchpoints.

·       Lead Value Proposition Creation, segmentation and positioning strategies.

·       Create sales enablement materials including brochures, presentations and training to support commercial excellence.

·       Lead KOL engagement and voice of the customer initiatives

·       Actively participate in MOS CS product development from Ideation to Order.

·       Collaborates with the business and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive toolkits to assigned regions to enable a consistent experience of Philips for customers and consumers.

·       Facilitates the annual marketing planning process, ensuring coordination and alignment across all marketing activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive marketing plans, establish clear goals and objectives.

·       Ensures adherence to established marketing policies, procedures, and ways of working by promoting a culture of compliance and ensuring marketing activities are conducted ethically and responsibly.

·       Maintains a robust marketing measurement framework by developing marketing dashboards, establishing data collection protocols, and creating regular reports to track progress against established KPIs

·       Work closely with Regional Sales and marketing teams to identify trends, customer needs and tailor strategies to local market needs.

·       Determines the relevance of this service portfolio for Philips, assessing the value of new service and technology developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips.

·       Keeps abreast of market, competition, technical, application and societal developments in the domain, showing understanding of the Philips position and business interests.

·       Build a worldwide external network related to the service portfolio, and make this knowledge applicable for business, now and in the future.

·       Represents Philips externally on related issues and orchestrates international platforms. Is consulted as a service marketing specialist and asked for projects to investigate feasibility of new businesses, applications concepts, and models.

You're the right fit if:

•         Bachelor's / master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communications or equivalent.

•         Preferably Customer Services / Healthcare experience

•         Experience in a global matrix organization

·       Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Marketing, eCommerce, Consumer Marketing Experience or equivalent OR no prior experience required with master’s degree

·       Experience in creation, development, and building portfolios

·       Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement. Green Belt/ Black belt certification is a preference

·       Understand Customer Unmet needs and ability to design Service & Solutions

·       Travel domestic and International, as & when required

 

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
