Continuous Improvement Senior Manager

The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for developing and executing CI strategies, driving process quality and capability building, supporting cross-functional change initiatives, and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through structured improvement frameworks across the GSC network (the Maersk Way).

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
• Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
• Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
• Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.

 

Accountabilities:

•        CI strategy development, implementation & maturity tracking

•        Project and change management support (GSC, Product, Global levels)

•        Resource planning

•        Risk mitigation through audit frameworks design and enablement

•        Quality culture custodian

•        Identify Opportunities for Process improvements through Automations.
