10+ years of experience in quality assurance within enterprise IT delivery 5+ years of testing leadership experience Experience in leading teams of 5-20 testers Experience in onboarding, coaching, and managing testing resources Experience in building or scaling testing capability, test factory, or regression testing service Demonstrable experience with regression test programs across multiple domains Experience managing stakeholders across Business and IT Experience presenting quality risks, testing status, and release readiness recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders Accountability for quality recommendations and release readiness assessments Experience with release management, deployment validation, and go/no-go decision processes Experience across multiple enterprise business domains, ideally including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and/or HR. Strong end-to-end business process knowledge (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, T2P, ...) Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA project delivery SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP CALM Test automation strategy and governance within complex enterprise application landscapes Experience with SAP test management and automation tools Agile, DevOps and CI/CD delivery environments Own and continuously improve the SAP regression testing capability Drive quality assurance across test execution, release validation, risk management, and stakeholder communication Lead and coach the testing team Support onboarding and development of testing resources Strong understanding of business processes and sufficient hands-on experience to challenge test coverage, quality risks and release decisions
