The Role

This role focuses on L1/L2 SAP Basis Administration and Service Management, primarily responsible for the continuous monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning of SAP systems, HANA databases, and interfaces using modern observability tools. The candidate will handle incident management within ITIL frameworks, perform initial troubleshooting, and coordinate closely with SAP RISE, hyperscaler teams, and stakeholders during major outages and scheduled maintenance. Additionally, the position involves supporting change and release management—including transports, kernel updates, and system refreshes—while maintaining strict SLA compliance, accurate documentation, and operational reporting.
