Job Description

BI Tools Manager (MSBI / MicroStrategy)

Technology->Analytics and BI->MicroStrategy, Technology->Analytics and BI->MSBI (Power BI),Technology->Cloud Platform->Power Platform->Power BI Lead and manage BI development and support teams. Design, develop, and implement enterprise BI and reporting solutions. Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Manage end-to-end BI project delivery and resource planning. Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards. Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting standards. Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership. Drive performance optimization of BI applications and databases. Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews. Manage production support, issue resolution, and release management.
