Job title  :  Manager / PMO

 

Job purpose

 

The PMO Analyst will support the RTR (Record to Report) GPO office in managing strategic initiatives, transformation programs, RFP responses, and project governance activities. The role will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, tracking, reporting, and execution of multiple concurrent projects.

 

 

Job Goals

 

  • Support the RTR GPO office in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project activities.
  • Support RFP responses by collecting, consolidating, and validating business inputs.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership teams.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and capacity tracking activities.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and reporting requirements.

 

 

Functional & Technical Skills

 

  • Experience supporting finance transformation, Shared Services, or GPO functions.
  • Knowledge of Record-to-Report (RTR) processes.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and virtual teams.

Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification. 
  • Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance Operations / Shared Services / Transformation, with at least 4–5 years in an RTR leadership or GPO role.
  • Proven experience in automation-led process transformation, process design, and capability development.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, ERP migrations, and analytics implementations.
  • Prior exposure to multi-country delivery, client governance, and transition projects is highly preferred.
