Territory Sales Manager-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations
- Responsible for managing sales operations for loans against gold within a designated territory. - Oversee marketing and branch operations to drive loan product sales. - Coordinate with branch teams to ensure achievement of sales targets and operational efficiency. - Engage with customers to promote and facilitate gold loan products. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to gold loan offerings. - Support branch marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and customer acquisition. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in sales processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline loan disbursal and customer service. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster business growth. - Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management review.Job role
