We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage support and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive Intune Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD and Security Compliance services The role is responsible for user administration security governance troubleshooting migrations automation and enduser support
Key Responsibilities
User Identity Management
Manage users groups shared mailboxes and Microsoft 365 licenses
Administer Microsoft Entra ID Azure AD group policies and identity synchronization
Configure MFA Conditional Access SelfService Password Reset SSPR and RBAC
Manage security groups distribution lists and M365 groups
Exchange Online Administration
Administer mailboxes shared mailboxes resource mailboxes and mail flow
Perform message tracing and troubleshoot mail delivery issues
Configure transport rules connectors antispam antimalware SPF DKIM and DMARC
Support Exchange Hybrid and migration activities
Collaboration Services
Configure and manage Microsoft Teams
Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
Manage permissions sharing policies retention settings and collaboration portals
Support Planner Forms Lists Loop Stream and other Microsoft 365 productivity applications
Security Compliance
Implement and manage DLP policies
Configure Microsoft Purview compliance controls
Administer sensitivity labels retention policies eDiscovery and audit logs
Monitor security incidents and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Device Management
Administer Microsoft Intune and device compliance policies
Manage Windows iOS Android and macOS device enrollment
Deploy applications configuration profiles and compliance policies
Troubleshoot endpoint management issues
Monitoring Support
Monitor Microsoft 365 Service Health and usage analytics
Provide L2L3 support for Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests
Perform root cause analysis and problem management activities
Work within ITIL incident change and problem management processes
Automation Optimization
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
Automate routine administrative tasks and reporting
Improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization and process automation
