- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software architectures that meet evolving business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and adherence to quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that align with business strategies.
- Experience with integration techniques including APIs, middleware, and data migration within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs and configurations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and platforms to customize and extend functionalities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Salesforce applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Additional Information:
