Visit us at www.accenture.com. • Manage the Track Inputs operating model, including delivery planning, workload allocation, quality reviews, governance, issue resolution and stakeholder coordination. Ensure timely preparation and submission of master data, product inputs, stimulus files and supporting evidence. • Research Operations, Track Inputs Management, Delivery Planning, Quality Assurance, Data Management, Excel, Stakeholder Management, Team Leadership, Risk Management, Process Governance, Supplier Coordination, Continuous Improvement and AI-enabled Productivity.
What are we looking for? • An experienced operations leader with 7-10 years of experience in research operations, tracking studies, data operations or supplier management. Strong planning, leadership, quality management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement skills with the ability to manage complex multi-market deliveries. Deliver end-to-end Track Inputs Management for multi-market tracking studies by ensuring accurate, complete and supplier-ready data, product information, classifications, stimulus assets and supporting documentation are delivered on time and with high quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the Track Inputs team and manage the end-to-end delivery of monthly and quarterly tracking inputs. Oversee planning, workload allocation, quality reviews, governance and escalation management. Ensure accurate management of master data, product classifications, stimulus files, source evidence and supplier-ready templates. Collaborate with BAT, Kantar, Legal and internal stakeholders, resolve operational issues, monitor delivery risks, maintain standards and drive continuous process improvements through automation and best practices.
