Responsibilities: 

 

Cloud Infrastructure & Automation 

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 

• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 

• Configure GCP networking, IAM, service accounts, and security controls. 

Delivery & Platform Operations 

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments. 

• Manage Kubernetes and GKE environments and their containerized workloads. 

• Support production operations, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost management. 

Reliability, Security & Collaboration 

• Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, security, and governance. 

• Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

• GCP Services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions. 

• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. 

• DevOps & CI/CD practices. 

• Kubernetes / GKE administration. 

• Python and SQL 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

• Dataplex and Data Governance. 

• Cloud Security and Compliance 

• Data Mesh and Data Architecture exposure.
