Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of software components to support business objectives effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
