Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and defining the overall cloud security framework and architecture tailored to align with business objectives and performance targets. This role includes thorough documentation of the cloud security controls implemented and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and compliance within the cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with cloud environments.
- Experience in developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
