Job Purpose

Responsible for AC/DC uptime to 99.999%, Budgeting and cost optimization in Energy and Fuel , Governance with IPs, Second level support to field team members for EL/DG panels, spare management for AC, UPS, Electrical panels, and DGs .

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Responsible and maintain the Electrical power AC/DC @ 99.999% throughout the year. Prepare, analyse and ensure the cost and reduction in the area of energy and fuel for the all the MTXs in the circle.
• Support to Zonal technical team members at MTX/Data centres nodes to improve the Network uptime in the cluster.
• Governance meeting with IP and AC/DG/UPS vendors to track the issues and resolution of issues in time.
• Plan and ensure the spares management in the circle to ensure that sites are not affected due to lack of spares. Also ensure the scrap and repairs ratio to improve month on month. Focus on reduction of scraps in the circles.
• Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of AC/DG/UPS/Panel assets

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of HT/LT Electrical Panels, ACs, UPS and DGs.
• Managing others and team
• Administration and team building ability
• Analytical and communication skill set
• Experience- 2-5 years of experience in handling of HL/LT equipment’s.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• B.E in Electrical.
• Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of HT/LT domain.
• Managing large team
