As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to guide complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. You will also focus on developing and implementing cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic objectives and market demands. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive impactful technology decisions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technology platform solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and enterprise platform architectures.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending technology platforms based on business requirements and cost considerations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective platform solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
