Automation & AI Trainee 1

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation and AI solutions.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and pain points.
•    Participate in the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automation and AI systems.
•    Contribute to the monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of existing solutions.
•    Provide support and training to end-users on the utilization of automation and AI tools.
•    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in intelligent automation and AI.

CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (KPIS):
•    Successful implementation and optimization of automation and AI solutions within agreed timelines.
•    Demonstrable contribution to the design and development of efficient, data-driven business processes.
•    Effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing with cross-functional teams.
•    Positive feedback from end-users on the usability and impact of implemented solutions.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualification: 
•    BE/BTech/BSc/MSc - Computer Science 
•    Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
•    Knowledge of automation tools and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation(RPA), AI, GenAI & IDP.
•    Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.

 SKILLS & QUALITIES:
•    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders
•    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment
•    Keen business acumen and understanding of operational processes and challenges
•    Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
