Job Summary

The Associate Executive- C4i is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC), ensuring continuous monitoring of city surveillance systems, emergency incidents, public safety applications, traffic management systems, and other integrated smart city platforms. The role involves managing shift operators, coordinating incident response, ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining uninterrupted monitoring services.

Key Responsibilities

ICCC Operations Monitoring

• Supervise 24x7 ICCC operations and monitoring activities.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras, video walls, traffic systems, emergency response systems, environmental sensors, and integrated applications.
• Monitor system alerts, alarms, and incidents and ensure timely escalation.
• Verify that operators follow defined SOPs during routine and emergency situations.
• Ensure all incidents are accurately logged and tracked in the incident management system.

Team Management

• Lead and manage ICCC operators across shifts.
• Prepare and maintain shift rosters and manpower allocation.
• Conduct shift handovers and daily operational briefings.
• Monitor team performance and adherence to operational procedures.
• Train operators on monitoring tools, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.

Incident Management

• Coordinate incident response activities with stakeholders, field teams, police, traffic, emergency services, and municipal departments.
• Ensure proper incident categorization, escalation, and closure.
• Track response times and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Generate incident reports and escalation summaries.

Surveillance & Public Safety Monitoring

• Oversee city-wide surveillance monitoring activities.
• Identify suspicious activities, public safety concerns, and operational anomalies.
• Ensure effective utilization of analytics-based alerts.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Maintain incident logs, event registers, and shift reports.
• Track KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Provide dashboard updates to management and stakeholders.

System & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with IT, OEM, and field maintenance teams for system issues.
• Monitor health status of ICCC infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues impacting monitoring operations.
• Escalate critical outages and service disruptions.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic audits of monitoring activities.
• Review incident handling quality and accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Command Center, NOC, SOC, Smart City, Traffic Monitoring, Surveillance Operations, or Emergency Response Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
