Lead a team at the intersection of IT, compliance and clinical supply, where your decisions directly enable life-saving medicines to reach patients in clinical trials worldwide.
Your new role
As Senior Manager for Clinical Supply & Enabler Solutions (CSES) within LPE-LIMS, Planning & Ecosystem GBS, you will manage operational delivery for a portfolio of GxP and business-critical Clinical Supply systems and enabling services — including CS PoMS, HOT, RTSM/IWRS, FFeX-related systems, Clarity and adjacent data/integration services. You will translate Enterprise Platforms strategy into clear operational goals while leading a team of system managers, validation responsibles and product owners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading daily operations, service delivery and system management for the CSES portfolio, ensuring maintenance, support, upgrades and lifecycle governance meet the highest standards.
- Driving compliance, audit and inspection readiness across all systems in scope, collaborating closely with Quality, Process, business and vendor teams
- Managing and developing a high-performing team — including performance management, career development, coaching, succession planning and talent attraction
- Owning stakeholder and vendor relationships, including service reviews, contract governance, supplier performance and continuous-improvement initiatives
- Managing department and system budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery aligned with business demand and strategic priorities.
- Leading or contributing to governance and steering forums, escalating risks with clear options and recommendations
- Championing AI/automation and modern ways of working across validation, testing, compliance documentation and service operations.

Within Enterprise IT & Quality sits CSES — a specialised team within LPE-LIMS, Planning & Ecosystem GBS responsible for managing regulated and business-critical Clinical Supply systems and services. Based in GBS India, you will work in close collaboration with peer LPE leaders, Denmark stakeholders and global partners, playing a vital role in ensuring the digital infrastructure behind clinical supply operations remains stable, compliant and value-adding.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced IT leader who thrives in regulated environments and brings a genuine passion for people development and operational excellence. You will bring with you:
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience across pharmaceutical and enterprise technology environments, including regulated operations, clinical supply systems, integrations and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA, QMS, IT security, audit/inspection readiness, ITIL/service management, risk management and data-integrity expectations
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional and multicultural teams while balancing innovation with regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, strategic IT initiatives, system roadmaps and cross-functional stakeholder partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and escalation-handling skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior decision-makers.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent relevant technological, business and domain experience
