Summary:
As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting large language models to better suit specific domains and use cases. This role focuses on enhancing the model's ability to follow instructions accurately and improving its contextual understanding. The workday includes analyzing model outputs, iterating on fine-tuning strategies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the models meet the desired performance standards. Continuous evaluation and adjustment are key to maintaining the relevance and effectiveness of the language models in diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies to optimize model performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python Frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience in designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques for language models.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and perform data preprocessing to support model training.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess and improve model accuracy and relevance.
- Experience in integrating AI models with application programming interfaces to enable seamless deployment.
- Capability to troubleshoot and optimize model performance in production environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
