SharePoint & Power Apps Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint & Power Apps Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise collaboration and business process automation solutions within our Managed Cloud Services practice. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related cloud technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and business-centric solutions for internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform development, SharePoint customization, workflow automation, integrations, and application support within a managed services environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development

• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Build automated workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
• Develop and configure SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, content types, and permissions.
• Create custom forms, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement reusable components and templates to accelerate solution delivery.

SharePoint Administration & Customization

• Configure and manage SharePoint Online environments.
• Develop SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components, web parts, and extensions.
• Customize SharePoint sites using modern pages and Microsoft best practices.
• Support document management, records management, and collaboration solutions.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Azure services, SQL databases, and third-party applications.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs where required.
• Implement data integrations using Dataverse and cloud-based services.
• Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and user productivity.

Managed Services & Support

• Provide L2/L3 support for production applications and SharePoint environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and integration challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and service delivery standards.

Governance & Security

• Implement Power Platform and SharePoint governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and information protection requirements.
• Support environment management, application lifecycle management (ALM), and deployment processes.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and user training sessions.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and technical proposals when required.

• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Experience Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
• Experience delivering enterprise collaboration and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience working in Managed Services, Cloud Services, or Application Support environments.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Experience with incident, change, release, and problem management.
