Relationship Manager - Retail

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly volume targets for home loan disbursals and loan value. [1]
  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Source new housing loan leads through open market canvassing, builders, real estate channel partners, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). [1, 2, 3]
  • Login to Sanction & Disbursement (TAT): Ensure smooth processing of loan applications, document verification, and coordinate with underwriting and credit teams for quick turnaround times (TAT). [1, 2]
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with clients and referral partners (builders and brokers) to generate repeat and referral business. [1]
  • Portfolio & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate daily sales reports, CRM updates, and track the active loan pipeline from initial contact to final closur
