Job Title: Software Developer Designation: Sr. Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on Java MicroServices Development to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Java technologies and a passion for building robust software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Java-based microservices to support various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain and improve existing microservices, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Extensive experience in developing microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying microservices.
• Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Understanding of security best practices in microservices development.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools for microservices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Java or microservices development are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
