Job Description
Should-Have Experience
- 6+ years as a SAP MM Techno functional experience.
- Should have worked in SAP S/4 HANA (Must).
- Willing to perform as techno functional.
- Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into clear user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
- Basic SQL/data validation skills and familiarity with test management tools.
- Hands-on experience in system testing, BAT, UAT, data migration validation, and test data creation.
- Proven track record of reviewing and testing user stories and supporting development teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives and helping customers select optimal processes.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
Qualifications
BE/BTech/MCA or similar
