Job Title: Developer - Platform/Product Designation: Module Lead - Systems

Location: Bangalore, WTC 4

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer - Platform/Product with a strong focus on Salesforce.com to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality and team performance.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to streamline business processes and improve data flow.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Salesforce.com, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Workbench, and Change Sets.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing rules within Salesforce.
• Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Experience with third-party integrations and middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Architect are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
