What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Client Onboarding Solutions - P4 • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree or comparable experience • Bachelor of Science (B.S) credential or equivalent professional experience • 7+ experience in financial services preferably in private equity and in the • wealth segment
Roles and Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of contact for investors throughout the onboarding • lifecycle, providing clear communication and a positive client experience. • Review subscription documents and related legal, tax, AML • KYC, and operational • documentation for completeness, accuracy, and applicable requirements. • Identify documentation gaps, coordinate remediation, and translate internal • feedback into clear, client-friendly requests. • Coordinate onboarding activities and approvals across Investor Relations, • Investments, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Custom Solutions, • and other partners. • Lead multiple onboarding workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and • contending priorities through closing or trade date. • Create and distribute timely status updates outlining progress, outstanding • items, risks, ownership, and next steps. • Maintain accurate onboarding records in relevant systems and trackers to • support closing, reporting, auditability, and ongoing servicing. • Oversee third-party administrators and vendors, supervising service levels, • outstanding items, controls, timelines, and the overall client experience. • Support ongoing projects, process improvements, audit reviews, ad hoc • requests, and other initiatives related to client onboarding. • Find opportunities to strengthen controls, improve efficiency and consistency, • and enhance the overall client experience.
