Were looking to onboard a strong handson Senior Solution Architect to shape and deliver the architecture

for the Messaging Content platforms This is a deliveryfocused architecture role with real engineering

depthsomeone who can design pragmatic solutions work closely with teams and stay close to

implementation

Key responsibilities

Own and drive solution architecture for Messaging Content capabilities from discovery through

delivery and adoption

Produce and maintain architecture artefacts as appropriate including target state designs

integration patterns deployment views NFRs security controls resiliency and operational readiness

Provide handson technical leadership on AWSbased implementations including

designing scalable cloudnative architectures guiding engineering teams on build decisions

ensuring solutions meet reliability performance and security expectations

Define integration approaches between vendor products eg AEM Proofpoint Sinch and internal

AWShosted services ensuring clean interfaces and sustainable operating models

Provide technical guidance to engineering pods including solution direction design reviews and

pragmatic decisionmaking to keep delivery moving

Collaborate with product owners engineers security and operations teams to ensure solutions align

with global platform strategy architecture governance and measurable business outcomes for iWPB

and CIB consumers

Essential skills experience

Strong solution architecture foundation integration patterns NFRs cloud architecture securityby

design

Deep handson AWS experience delivering production workloads scalability resilience security

automation

Experience integrating thirdparty SaaSvendor platforms with internal applications and cloud

hosted services

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight taking ownership and driving outcomes end

toend

Strong communication skills able to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and

nontechnical stakeholders

Proven experience providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering podsteams

Desirable experience

Experience with customer communications platforms andor digital content platforms

Familiarity with vendor ecosystems such as Adobe Experience Manager Proofpoint Sinch or

equivalents

Experience working in regulated enterprise environments with strong appreciation of risk controls

and operational readiness
