Roles & responsibilities 
The Associate 1 will be predominantly responsible to - 
Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge
Understand audit procedures performed by GDC
Familiarize with audit documentation tool –KCw
Efficient and effective performance of audit procedures within the time provided with Quality
Nominate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas
Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills 
Participate in / lead team and group activities
Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time.

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Audit and accounting knowledge
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications (Anyone of the below listed would be considered)
Post-graduate in finance and accounting (MBA Finance/M.Com) with 0-2 years relevant experience
Graduate and CA Final - 1 group passed (Article ship completed preferred)
Graduate and pursuing CPA (Min 2 papers passed)

Work experience
0 – 1 year of full-time experience with a reputed company / firm
