Portfolio Resolutions Manager-Unsecured_ARD Retail-ARD Retail Portfolio_Hyderabad
- Manage and resolve unsecured loan portfolios to optimize recovery and minimize losses. - Coordinate with retail portfolio teams to ensure effective resolution strategies. - Oversee the entire resolution lifecycle for unsecured retail loans. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies related to portfolio management. - Analyze portfolio data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Lead efforts to reduce non-performing assets within the unsecured retail segment. - Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement during the resolution process. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for portfolio resolutions. - Support strategic decision-making through detailed portfolio insights.Job role
