Quality Analyst - Call Center - Bengaluru - J.P. Tech Park - JM
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating call center interactions to ensure quality standards. - Analyze customer service calls to identify areas for improvement and compliance. - Collaborate with call center teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Maintain detailed records of quality assessments and provide feedback to agents. - Support training initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending solutions. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in call handling. - Work closely with management to implement quality improvement strategies. - Utilize call monitoring tools and software for effective quality analysis. - Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the call center operations. - Participate in regular meetings to discuss quality metrics and performance trends.Job role
