Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:
As a Performance Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex performance issues that have not been identified by the internal performance testing team. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of activities including analyzing software development processes, evaluating system architecture, and ensuring that applications meet performance standards. The day also includes planning for future capacity needs, monitoring application performance, and swiftly identifying and addressing any problems that arise to maintain optimal system functionality and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance engineering capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture principles.
- Experience in performance testing methodologies and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and application performance management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex performance issues effectively.
- Familiarity with tools and processes for problem detection and resolution in performance engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Reltio.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
